Joulica mentioned as an example for event streaming technologies in the 2021 Gartner® Innovation Insight for Streaming Data in Motion: The Collision of Messaging, Analytics and DBMS report*. According to this report "Every organization has opportunities to put streaming event data to work in diverse ways, including improving situation awareness for operational decision making, implementing event-driven straight-through processes, and ingesting data for subsequent business intelligence and machine learning."
Joulica focuses on Customer Experience and Customer Service analytics where its event streaming platform delivers actionable insights in real-time. An example use case is the delivery of customer journey analytics for customers utilising the Amazon Connect cloud-based contact center solution where Joulica can provide 360 degree view of all customer interactions.
